The Stables is our newest venue, offering 5,000 square feet of industrial-chic space designed for laid-back yet stylish gatherings. Once a working horse barn, it has been transformed into a warm and inviting event space with a relaxed, casual atmosphere. Farm tables create a welcoming setting for guests, while the expansive 12-foot bar serves as the perfect spot to gather and enjoy drinks.

A dedicated stage and spacious dance floor make The Stables ideal for live entertainment and celebrations that keep the energy high. Multiple televisions provide added convenience for corporate events or game-day watch parties, and a fully equipped catering kitchen ensures seamless food service for any occasion.

At The Stables, we provide everything but the horse—no hidden fees, just all the essentials for your event! When you rent The Stables at Big Oak Hill Ranch, you'll enjoy the following amenities at no extra charge:

Tables, chairs, and lounge seating for up to 100 guests
Modern amenities including heating and air conditioning and multiple restrooms
Catering kitchen equipped with large refrigerator, food warmer, large sink, and prep island
12-foot bar with ample serving space
Dedicated stage
Multiple televisions for slideshows, presentations, or game-day events
Outdoor patio with sunshade

PRICE LIST

All rentals include tables and chairs. All rentals include access to event hall, restrooms, catering kitchen, and porch. Each event will be set up according to the instructions provided by the event coordinator.

The use of tables and chairs (a rental value of $100) is included in the

Big Oak Hill Ranch rentals venue fee.
